Michael W. Jackman is President of Healthcare Information Solutions for Carestream Health, Inc., the independent company that resulted from the sale of Eastman Kodak Company's Health Group in May 2007. He had been Vice President of Eastman Kodak and General Manager, Healthcare Information Solutions, for Kodak's Health Group. Prior to joining Kodak in 2003, Jackman held top position at a technology start-up specialized in technology development and strategy consulting for companies in the wireless, IP telephone, security and software infrastructure. During his 18-year career at IBM, Jackman served in several senior management roles, including Vice President, Systems and Technology. He also led worldwide business operations for IBM's ThinkPad line and was an Advisor to IBM's Chairman. Gregory S. Hopper is founder of Netanium Strategic Consulting, a corporate strategy and development consultancy. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Visiting International Faculty Program, Chapel Hill Leasing, and Greenwave Sciences, Inc. Prior to Netanium, Mr. Hopper co-founded and served as Business Development VP for an Austin-based start-up where he was instrumental in closing a $144M IPO in March, 2000.
